What happens when I join?
When you join you’ll be directed to a special Membership Hub which is where all the video lessons are hosted and where you'll spend most of your time, preparing for and watching lessons.

How does the Facebook group work?
The Facebook group is where you’ll enjoy being part of the community and get help and support from me and other members.

Where do I watch the live workshops?

The live workshops are streamed both on Zoom and in the Facebook group (at the same time) - so you can choose where you watch from.

I'm in a different time zone. Will that matter?

We have many students from all over the world. All my live streams are recorded, so they can be watched back on replay as often as you like.

What if I can’t watch the workshops live? Can I watch a recording?
Yes! All the workshops from previous projects are available to watch in the membership hub. You can pause and rewatch as many times as you like. They are in one easy place for you to scroll through and choose what to make.

What if I’m not very tech savvy?
I’ve kept this simple so that it’s easy to find the workshops – but you can always ask if you’re ever stuck.

Is this for beginners like me?
I teach needle felting as if it’s your first time. So that no matter when you join the membership you’ll be able to make any project you choose. There is nothing difficult about each workshop, but like anything the more you make the better you’ll get!

Do I need to be able to draw to make the Mushroom pictures?
I've made this part simple. For each picture you'll get a picture tracer and instructions on how to trace it onto fabric - so you don't have to rely on your drawing skills! (I don't so you don't have to either)

How much is the membership?
The membership is £16.99 each month (this is approximately 23 USD or 32 CAD, check your currency conversion). You’ll be charged when you join and then automatically charged each month thereafter. 100% secure payment. Cancel anytime. Read Terms & Conditions here.

Can I join anytime?
No. The membership only opens a few times a year – so I can settle new members in and focus on helping everyone at once. So don’t dally or you might miss out this time round. The club will next be open in January 2025.

What if I buy a subscription but find out it's not for me? Will I get a refund?

If you're on the fence - just join for the month! Have a look around and decide if it's for you or not. Refunds are not offered for either the yearly or monthly subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can cancel your membership anytime from your account. But won't be able to re-join until enrolment opens again later in the year.

If I cancel do I get to keep the workshops?

Your monthly or yearly membership pays for access to the many hours and thousands of pounds worth of tutorials - it's an affordable way to enjoy this great craft. If you cancel you will not have access to any of the tutorials you have tried.

Do I need to prepare much equipment beforehand?
You’ll be provided all the information you need with regards suppliers and equipment. There are lessons on what wool, material and felting needles to buy for the workshops. Each workshop comes with it’s own wool colours list. If you already needle felt you’ll probably already have much of what you need.

I also have a supplies shop that you can buy everything you need for the club. PLUS an international suppliers (and plenty of help to choose what you need)

Can I ask for help?
Yes from Monday to Friday I’ll be in the group offering help and support when you need it. Just ask!
